Resting day

Today I am not running. But I still go to the park with my wife to enjoy the morning fresh air and spend sometime with god.

早起的乌儿有虫吃....early bird got worm to eat lol

btw, very beautiful sunlight this morning.

I saw this old couple everyday. 

Enjoy my instant 3 in 1 teh tarik (tea) with nice view.

later go nearby restaurant for our favorite soup noodle.
